I help women who are overwhelmed, stressed and burned out to experience ease and joy, naturally. Experiencing ease and joy is much simpler than most of us think.
My favorite way to work with clients is in a 4-day immersion, which is a bit like a retreat. Here is what some of my clients have said after working with me:
“Best thing I have ever done for myself.” 4-day immersion client.
“Everything’s different, but nothing has changed… I feel great… I keep wondering if it’s really this simple. I know it is.” 4-day immersion client
“I am deeply grateful for my work, my conversations, my investigations with Jen Lucas. It is difficult to convey the depth at which this work has supported me and literally changed and continues to change my experience in the world and inside myself.” Skype client, after seven sessions in 3 months.
“I’m amazed what a difference it is to work with you instead of just watching videos and reading. The individual work has made all the difference.” 4-day immersion client
“This is amazing. I feel like I’m on fire, like I’m flying, like it’s all just so easy. You’re the bomb!” mother of five children

Did you know that when you play poker you can go all-in, putting all your money on one hand? My hand of cards was my life. In June 2012 I went all-in when I hired Jeanne Catherine to be my coach for a year.
I went all-in with my money, time and energy. I did this in spite of the fact that life looked pretty good: I had a great job at an organization in the financial industry, was loved by a wonderful community of people, was physically fit and healthy, and was happy as a mother. Yet I wondered why it still felt like something was missing. Wasn’t life supposed to be really magnificent? Wasn’t there more potential?
What I have learned since June 2012 is a universal truth that love, creativity, ease and fun naturally flow from the infinite potential of life. When I don’t see life as infinite potential, that’s just thought, like clouds in front of the sun.
Understanding the principles behind my experience as a human being has made my experience of life so much simpler and somehow more glorious too. I pay more attention to my being and less to the moments when I seem off track.
Now, I talk with people about what is true, really true, about our well-being. I remind people what they already know about the simplicity of who we are. Somehow, the understanding that follows is always worthwhile, helpful.
Working with Me:
I see clients one-on-one for one or multiple sessions and, my favorite, 4-day immersions. I am a faculty member for 3 Principles Supermind, serving as a regular host for the live video meetings. In 2014 I presented at the 3PGC international conference in Minnesota: The Wisdom and Power of a Simple Understanding.
My background is in the financial industry, healthcare, law firms, universities, non-profit management and in K-12 education. I earned a BA from the University of Virginia and MPH from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
In May 2014, I completed a year-long internship in Transforming Community with the Center for Sustainable Change.
I have had the great pleasure of learning from many teachers: Dicken Bettinger, Mara Gleason, Ami Chen Mills-Naim, Gabriela Maldonado-Montano, Aaron Turner, Elsie Spittle, Chip Chipman, Cathy Casey, George Pransky, Linda Pransky, Michael Neill, Christine Heath, Jack Pransky, Judy Sedgeman, Mark Howard, Bill Pettit, Keith Blevens, Valda Monroe, John Gray, and of course, Jeanne Catherine.
